London Bike Hire Bicycles Arrive on the streets of London and will hopefully make life easier for anyone wanting to make a short solo journey in central London

The Manchester Metrolink trams are receiving a facelift with new yellow paintwork and new routes being added as well. The Burnley tram travels on the old railway line and then through the centre of Manchester.

Forth Bridge

This magnificent historic rail bridge spans a wide section of the river Forth just north of Edinburgh. It’s high and long as well as large in structure, with huge stone pylons and massive steel or iron spans under both compression and tension to hold up the railway tracks with long goods trains passing through regularly decade after decade.
This doesn’t exactly dwarf Brunel’s earlier bridge over the Tamar, but it took engineering up to the maximum level for its time.

He said: “Some freelancers like being able to work in their pyjamas, but that’s not for me. I have a desk in a shared office and I put in normal days.

“What I love is being my own boss, and not answering to anyone. I also love the unpredictable nature of freelancing. Assignments can come out of the blue, and I enjoy the variety.”
